Sublime and unyielding vocalist, Rodney Noffsinger, and his band mates Vincent Peer (guitar), Jeffery Wall (bass) and Lee Darby (drums) have been nominated for Sunset Island Music Radio’s Band of the Year award.
And Noffsinger has beat hundreds of others after being voted Singer of the Year. He was stoked!

Noffsinger and Darby formed Regulation Nine after meeting at a rock show in Nashville. The singer, desperate for form up a new outfit, left his home turf of Alabama to forge his music career.
Picking up Darby’s pal, Jeffery Wall, they scooped their bassist before enlisting guitarist Vincent Peer per chance at a gig.
Michael Rampa of High Octane Music News is one of many to endorse the four-piece.
