INEGO are named after the Spaniard hell-bent on avenging the death of his father in the 80's cult classic 'The Princess Bride'. The band release 'What Are You Waiting For EP?' Recorded at Magic Garden Studios and produced by Gavin Monaghan and Joe Murray.
The band soon created a buzz in the North West after being invited to the 'This is Manchester' showcase at the Hard Rock Cafe. Their first single 'Your Style Defeats Me' included a video shot in Strangeways. BBC Introducing Manchester play from Michelle Hussey soon followed and Michelle also interviewed the band.
In 2014, the band started working with a new producer Grammy nominated and acclaimed producer/ audio wizard Gavin Monaghan [Editors / Robert Plant / The Twang] and Joe Murray at Magic Garden Studios in the West Midlands. They also played sell out shows at Manchester's Deaf Institute and Academy 3 and continued to gig up and down the country and been described as ' Manchester's Best Secret' or ' Manchester's Secret Power'
